The location was fantastic, with easy walking distance to major tourist attractions and tram stops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The breakfast buffet was varied and offered a good selection.
The noise at night, especially from noisy neighboring guests who were inconsiderate with late-night conversations and phone calls outside the doors. A notice asking for more consideration could have been helpful.

My family and I spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve in a hotel with an excellent location. Everything was walking distance: the main tourist attractions and the tram stops. the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who were always quick to help us with anything we needed.
The noise level at night. We had loud neighbors who were not very considerate of others.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for sightseeing. It was conveniently situated right next to the main tourist attractions, making it easy for me to explore everything this city has to offer. Additionally, it was a short walk downhill to the tram line, providing excellent transportation options.
Nothing could have been better.
